
ODPBC Meetings
Meetings of the Omaha Douglas Public Building Commission are usually held the second Thursday of each month at 8:30 a.m. in the Legislative Chamber of the Civic Center. Meetings could be scheduled for other than the second Thursday of the month if scheduling difficulties are encountered.
A detailed copy of the agenda for the next scheduled Building Commission meeting is available in the Building Commission Office, 1205 Civic Center, 1819 Farnam Street or by contacting us at 402-444-5345.

You are hereby notified that a special meeting of the Omaha Douglas Public Building Commission will convene in the Legislative Chamber, Room LC-4, in the Omaha-Douglas Civic Center, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska, at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, May 10, 2012.
AGENDA FOR SAID MEETING WILL BE AS FOLLOWS:
- Announcement of publication on may 3, 2012, in the Daily Record of notice of meeting and notice also posted on the public notices bulletin boards in the Civic Center
- Announcement regarding the Open Meetings Act. A copy of the Open Meetings Act is located on the east wall of the chamber. If anyone would like assistance locating or reading the Open Meetings Act, please let the clerk know.
- Approve the Minutes of the meeting on April 12, 2012
- Approve payments - Operation and Maintenance Fund ( subject to audit )
- Approve payments - Construction & Capital Improvement fund ( subject to audit )
- Aprove payments - Projects Construction 2010 fund (subject to audit )
- Ratify payments - General Fund and payroll related expenses for the parking garage from the Operation & Maintenance Fund
- Public hearing on the 2012/2013 fiscal year budget
A) Public Hearing
B) Approve levy allocation request
C) Adopt the budget - Administrative reports
- Possible executive session to discuss legal and personnel matters
Such other matters as may be proper to consider at said meeting.
